WHAT TO EXPECT

INTRO CALL

Meet with Kelsey on Zoom video for 20 minutes to ask questions and ensure that working with Kelsey is the right fit for you.

First Session

After your intro call with Kelsey, you’ll know what to schedule for your first session.

After scheduling, you’ll receive an email with the link to complete your Initial Session Form. Kelsey spends about 1 hour reviewing & taking notes on your form before she meets with you.

During the first session, Kelsey will help you identify priorities that are unique to you and together, you’ll make a roadmap for next steps.

Support Sessions

At the end of your initial session, you’ll decide when to schedule your next support session. Normally, the next support session is for either 30, 45, or 60 minutes and in 1 to 4 weeks, depending on your specific goals and needs. Schedule your support session here.

Economic Justice Sliding Scale

Kelsey works on a sliding scale, acknowledging that financial resources, including income, are not and should not be the only determining factor in whether or not someone can access care. Kelsey offers a sliding scale as a commitment to serving individuals and/or communities that would otherwise not be able to afford the care. For a sliding scale to work, it relies on the principles of truthfulness, respect for complexity, and accountability.
