Work with Kelsey
Client Sessions
Step 1: Intro Call
Meet with Kelsey on Zoom for a brief introductory conversation. Get to know Kelsey, ask questions, and explore whether her educational services are a good fit for you.
Step 2: Initial Session
By the end of your intro call, you’ll be clear on what to schedule for your initial session and Kelsey will send you an invite to schedule that initial session. Once the initial session is scheduled, you’ll receive online forms to complete before your initial session. Kelsey usually spends about 1 hour reviewing your forms and preparing for your initial session.
During the initial session, Kelsey will support you in clarifying your goals and priorities and, together, you’ll outline possible next steps.
Step 3: Support Sessions
At the end of your initial session, you’ll be clear as to whether and when you’d like to schedule a follow-up support session. Typically, clients schedule a 30, 45, or 60 minute support session in 1 to 4 weeks, depending on specific goals and needs.
All sessions are educational and are not medical care, psychotherapy, or mental health treatment.

Economic Justice Sliding Scale
Kelsey works on a sliding scale, acknowledging that financial resources, including income, are not and should not be the only determining factor in whether or not someone can access support. Kelsey offers a sliding scale as a commitment to serving individuals and/or communities that would otherwise not be able to afford the support. For a sliding scale to work, it relies on the principles of truthfulness, respect for complexity, and accountability.
