Italian Potato Chips
Ingredients:
2 yellow potatoes, sliced the long way, about 6 mm thick or so
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp italian seasoning
1/2 tsp himalayan salt
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.
Slice potato the long way, about 6 mm thick.
Place potato slices on a baking sheet.
Sprink with garlic powder, himalayan salt, and italian seasoning.
Bake 15-30 minutes (until soft - this will depend on how thick the slices are cut).
