Italian Potato Chips

Italian Potato Chips

Ingredients:

  • 2 yellow potatoes, sliced the long way, about 6 mm thick or so

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp italian seasoning

  • 1/2 tsp himalayan salt

  • non-toxic cooking sheet

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.

  2. Slice potato the long way, about 6 mm thick.

  3. Place potato slices on a baking sheet.

  4. Sprink with garlic powder, himalayan salt, and italian seasoning.

  5. Bake 15-30 minutes (until soft - this will depend on how thick the slices are cut).

  6. Enjoy!

*This recipe contains no overt fat.

* A low-fat diet means 10-15% of calories come from fat.

* Example: On a low-fat diet, a woman who is 5’5” and 30 years old, and who weighs 150 pounds, would eat about 21 to 32 grams of fat per day. (21 grams fat = 10% and 32 grams fat = 15%).
