Creamy Basil Dip

Creamy Basil Dip (5 Servings)

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 zucchini, chopped

  • 1 avocado

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 cup basil leaves

  • 1/2 cup filtered water

  • 1/4 tsp himalayan salt

  • blender

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Pairs well with my Italian Potato Chips or fresh veggie slices!

  3. Enjoy!

*This recipe is low-fat. One avocado contains about 30 grams of fat. This recipe contains 5 servings, which each contain about 6 grams of fat.

* A low-fat diet means 10-15% of calories come from fat.

* Example: On a low-fat diet, a woman who is 5’5” and 30 years old, and who weighs 150 pounds, would eat about 21 to 32 grams of fat per day. (21 grams fat = 10% and 32 grams fat = 15%).
