Creamy Basil Dip (5 Servings)
INGREDIENTS:
1 zucchini, chopped
1 avocado
1 lemon, juiced
1 cup basil leaves
1/2 cup filtered water
1/4 tsp himalayan salt
DIRECTIONS:
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Pairs well with my Italian Potato Chips or fresh veggie slices!
