Jalapeno Pesto Dip (5 servings)
Ingredients:
1 cup cilantro
1/2 avocado, creamy, ripe, and soft
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 clove garlic
2 Tbsp red onion, chopped
1 lemon, juiced
1 Tbsp olive oil
3 Tbsp filtered water (may need a bit more, if you’re having trouble with blending).
1/4 tsp himalayan salt
1-2 jalapeños, stem and seeds removed
Directions:
Put all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth.
Pairs well with my Italian Potato Chips or fresh veggie slices!
